My real estate interests began when I was approximately 10yrs old and I used to sketch drawings of my parent’s neighbors home while sitting in my tree house. I actually tore down a wall on my tree house that same year and put on an addition. It wasn’t the best craftsmanship, but quite an accomplishment at age 10! In 1991, I purchased my first home at age 21 and closed on my birthday! It was a a small little home near the U of M. With the help of my parents and my brother, we whipped my little cottage into quite a charmer and I sold it 10 months later for a $12,000 profit. This began my passion for Real Estate and this passion has continued to grow ever since. I was fortunate enough to land a management job providing photography and delivery services to the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) while attending the U of M and also continued purchasing multiple properties. In 1997, I decided to leave my management role and complete my Real Estate licensing in order to focus on full-time Real Estate sales and marketing. I am still with my very first company that I was licensed with in 1997, Remax Results! My Real Estate experiences include working with first-time buyers, sellers, investors, builders, commercial properties, and bank foreclosures (REO’s). I enjoy every aspect of the business and always go above and beyond to service the needs of my clients.
